System Overview Diagram

Malory made this excellent Overview and electronic diagram to help make the flow/circuit clear

I traded out all the gray wires for red ones and soldered up the sd card holder we struggled to get the SD card working and eventually enlisted the help of Mary west who helped us integrated that last pease of hardware.

you can see the bread bord test of the sd card reader on the bottom right of the photo above. It was really fun to see how accomplished Mary is at her craft.

Adding the tubes for beautification and cable management!

Next we made an enclosure for the Arduino.

then we wrapped it in fabric

Video of brace working and connecting to google sheets.

Below is the updated code to integrate the SD reader and upload the data to the internet if its connected

The desired outcome for iteration 3 was a is a refined, fully functioning prototype (our MVP) where we have finalized and beautified the hardware on the external part of the brace and refined the code deployed on the brace. We would like to have a presentable brace with tested, functioning code that properly notifies the user when limping and deploys a readable visual of their patients’ limp patterns to the PT.

We achieved this goal.
